01 General Provisions & Scope of Application

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ey382 platform and all services provided under it. ey382 is an online betting and casino platform that offers cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and various other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh.

By using this website or application, registering an account, playing any game, or completing any financial transaction, you are considered to have accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. 04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on ey382:

• Deposit limit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) — per method.
• Withdrawal limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal time: Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 (one) hour of a successful request.
• Approved methods: Only bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) are accepted.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• The source of a deposit must be the user's own registered payment method — deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) with no currency conversion or hidden fees.

05 Bonuses, Promotional Offers & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers at ey382 are granted under specific terms. It is essential to read and understand these terms fully before accepting any bonus:

• Welcome bonus: A 150% bonus on the first deposit is offered, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in bets before withdrawing (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus amount).
• Certain game restrictions may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• A bonus is only valid for the account it was credited to — it is non-transferable.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• ey382 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without giving a reason.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ey382:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except in the case of a technical fault.
• If a technical or software error occurs in a game or event, the relevant round or bet may be declared void.
• The outcome of all sports betting — including cricket, football, and kabaddi — depends on the official result declared by the relevant organiser.
• If an event is suspended indefinitely, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Live casino games and slots — all game outcomes are determined by a verifiable, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG).
• In the event of an internet disconnection during a game in progress, ey382's system logs will be considered final.

07 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Using false information or forged identity documents to obtain bonuses.
• Placing bets using betting software, bots, automation scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward other users, staff, or agents of the platform.
• Arbitrage betting or systematically attempting to circumvent bonus terms.

Where any of these prohibitions are violated, ey382 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances without notice.

08 Account Suspension, Restrictions & Closure

ey382 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• In accordance with a court order or direction from a law enforcement authority.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time through the support team. Any valid balance will be returned, subject to applicable wagering requirements being met, before the account is closed.

09 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

ey382 is an entertainment platform. Our liability is limited in the following respects:
